Customers are bound by the General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of purchase (online order submission).

AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION

Bass Group undertakes to always provide customers with the following information:

a) the identity of the company (name, registered office, registration and tax number),
b) contact information enabling fast and effective communication (email, phone),
c) essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
d) product availability (each product on the website should be available within a reasonable period),
e) delivery terms (method, place, and delivery time),
f) clearly and unambiguously stated prices, indicating whether they include taxes and delivery costs,
g) payment and delivery methods,
h) the validity period of the offer,
i) the period and conditions under which the customer may withdraw from the contract, including any costs associated with returning the product,
j) an explanation of the complaints procedure, including all contact details for customer service.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Bass Group uses personal data exclusively to fulfill orders (sending information, offers, invoices) and to communicate with the user. Personal data will never be disclosed to unauthorized persons.

Users are also responsible for protecting their personal data by securing their email, username, and password, and by using appropriate antivirus software.

COMMUNICATION

Bass Group will contact users through remote communication only if they do not object. Advertising emails will:

  • be clearly marked as advertising,
  • clearly identify the sender,
  • clearly mark promotions and marketing activities,
  • provide clear instructions on how to unsubscribe.

Bass Group will fully respect a user’s wish to stop receiving promotional messages.

REVIEWS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Customer reviews and opinions are part of the online store’s functionality and intended for the user community.

Any user can submit a review, which is checked by Bass Group before publication. Reviews that are offensive, inappropriate, or irrelevant may not be published.

By submitting a review, the user agrees that Bass Group may publish part or all of it in any media, including for marketing purposes. The author declares ownership of the rights to the submitted content and transfers non-exclusive, unlimited usage rights to Bass Group.

LEGAL NOTICE

The online webpage and all its data, images, graphic and video elements are protected and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bass Group makes every effort to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date. However, product features, delivery times, or prices may change so quickly that the company may not be able to correct the information immediately. In such cases, the customer will be informed and given the option to cancel the order or replace the product.

DISCLAIMER

We reserve the right to temporarily disable the website or restrict access due to technical issues or maintenance, which may also affect the use of the online store. In the event of technical errors, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders. Customers will be notified as soon as possible and informed of further steps.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate equipment protection (antivirus, etc.) and to safeguard login information (email and password).

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

Bass Group complies with applicable EU consumer protection legislation. We strive to establish an effective complaints handling system.

Complaints can be submitted via email: hello@bassmanufactory.com. The process is confidential. Bass Group will confirm receipt within five working days and inform the customer of the processing timeline and progress.

Bass Group aims to resolve disputes amicably whenever possible.
In the case of court proceedings, the competent court is determined by the consumer’s place of residence.

OUT-OF-COURT CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In accordance with legal regulations, we do not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for handling consumer disputes that customers may initiate under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.

Bass Group provides an electronic link to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available HERE.

This arrangement is based on the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, and amendments to Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
